TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General Information

These terms and conditions define the rules for providing entertainment services by Escape Crow s.c. Góralewicz, Otręba, Proczek, with its registered office at ul. Kobierzyńska 8/21, 30-363 Kraków, NIP: 6762688386, REGON: 540952515 (hereinafter: "Organizer"), as well as the conditions for participation in games and the reservation process. Escape Rooms (hereinafter: "Rooms") are conducted at the premises located at ul. Janowa Wola 2, 30-550 Kraków.

2. Participation Rules and Acceptance of Terms

2.1. Making a reservation means full acceptance of these terms and conditions by the person making the reservation (hereinafter: "Client"), as well as by all group members.

2.2. The Client is obliged to familiarize all participants with the content of the terms and conditions before making a reservation.

2.3. The person making the reservation is responsible for the actions and omissions of other participants and persons they brought to the Premises.

2.4. By submitting a reservation, the Client confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy and consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of service provision.

2.5. Participants must comply with the regulations and staff instructions. Violation may result in immediate termination of the game without refund.

3. Reservations and Payments

3.1. Reservations are made through the booking system or by phone.

3.2. The reservation is considered confirmed after receiving confirmation from the Organizer.

3.3. Payment is made before the game starts or according to the arrangements.

3.4. Cancellation or change of reservation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

4. Safety and Responsibility

4.1. Participants are obliged to follow safety instructions.

4.2. The Organizer is not responsible for items left in the Premises.

4.3. Participants take part in the game at their own risk, within the limits of civil law.

4.4. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted to the game.
